CRO – Operational Records Reconciliation
Module developed in partnership with B3. It automates the reconciliation of data reported to SUSEP (FIP, Statistical Reports, Circular 627, and SRO) with accounting records. It works with SUSEP-defined layouts and return files from the main registrars, without requiring the development of specific interfaces to receive data from these formats. It also allows users to view the definition used in each reconciliation, including the creation of versioning to track compliance requirements met in each reporting period.
IGS – ITG Module for SUSEP SRO
It meets the new requirements of the Superintendence of Private Insurance (SUSEP) and manages and submits insurance operational data reported to SUSEP through a registry entity selected by the client. IGS is configurable to work with all registrars approved by SUSEP. In addition to generating the required information, the module automatically validates data, reducing errors and rework, as well as managing submissions to each registrar. OIM – Operational Information Module
This module maintains an operational information database aimed at centralizing the generation of accounting entries and information required by Circular 627, Statistical Reports, and other regulations whose content is stored within the OIM database. The module calculates and accounts for reserves (PPNG / DCD), controls broker commissions, and is also able to calculate IBNR and RVNE, among other key functions. By centralizing information, OIM ensures full data integrity. The module automates and simplifies the process of generating information for SUSEP and reduces the effort required to maintain operational systems, allowing the IT department to focus its attention and resources on business requirements. ITG continuously monitors all changes and new SUSEP operational information requirements, ensuring full compliance through the OIM.
FIT – ITG FIP Module
FIT is designed to automate the generation and completion of the Periodic Information Form (FIPSUSEP). The module enables the generation, validation, and updating of approximately 100 reporting tables within the SUSEP system, based on previously configured parameters, ensuring data consistency and compliance in all submitted information. The solution maintains a full history of all FIP versions and allows retroactive processing, providing greater control and data traceability. In addition to providing the system, ITG ensures continuous monitoring and implementation of any regulatory changes published by SUSEP, keeping clients always up to date and compliant.
PSI - Prudencial SUSEP ITG
The module simplifies the process of generating the Consolidated Prudential Report by offering two ways of data entry: you can either input the data directly into the module or extract information directly from your accounting system. DBFSUSEP Accounting Module
SUSEP Circular 627 establishes the requirement for insurance companies, capitalization companies, and open supplementary pension entities to generate and submit accounting information to SUSEP. The DBFSUSEP Accounting Module is responsible for generating the following files: RAZSALD.DBF, RAZLANC.DBF, and BALANCET.DBF.

Allows clients to decide which validation rules from OIMx and IGS can be disabled, with full audit control over who disabled or enabled a rule, and when the action was performed.
DBF Converter
Our DBF Converter captures files in TXT, CSV, and XLSX formats and converts them into DBF files in accordance with SUSEP Circular 627 requirements.
