A leading system in the Brazilian insurance market. Accounting solution (powered by Infor, one of the world’s largest software providers), with multi-company, multi-currency, and multi-language capabilities.
MCE – Event Accounting Module
Enables the centralization of accounting rules in a single module, allowing operational systems to generate accounting events.

Financial Modules

SIT – Integrated Treasury System
A system designed to meet Treasury needs, with modules for Accounts Payable and Taxes, Accounts Receivable, Cash Flow, Bank Reconciliation, Financial Investments, Contracts and Commissions, among others. Discover the system’s modules below:
  • Pagnet – Accounts Payable and Taxes. Processes payment requests entered manually or imported via interface. Sends payment files to banks, processes return files, generates accounting events, and calculates taxes.

    Pagnet Electronic Approval – Approval workflow based on authorization levels.

    AR – Accounts Receivable. Receives receivables from operational systems, registers them with banks, issues payment slips (boletos), processes bank settlements, sends feedback to operational systems, and performs accounting entries.

    XB – Bank Reconciliation. Reconciles bank statements against client payment and receipt records. Also generates accounting information for bank transactions, such as fees.

    CF – Cash Flow.

    CT – Contracts. Stores client contracts and enables validation of Accounts Payable transactions against contractual terms.

    CMS – Commissions. Receives commission data from legacy systems, manages broker current accounts (for commissions payable only), sends commissions to Accounts Payable, and allows issuance of Commission Statements.

    FI – Financial Investments. Supports the accounting of investments, redemptions, and earnings, and generates FIP reports required by the SUSEP.

SPEDs

SPED ECD, SPED ECF and SPED EFD Contribuições
Modules designed to meet the accounting reporting requirements of the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal). They can operate with any accounting and financial system.
SPED REINF
Generation of the corresponding SPED files for the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal).
SPED E-Financeira
Established by Normative Instruction RFB No. 1,571, which regulates the mandatory reporting of financial transaction information of interest to the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal). It consists of a set of digital files divided into the following modules: Registrations | Financial Transactions | Annual Financial Transactions | Private Pension Transactions: Plans, Balances, Contributions, Redemptions, Benefits, and Portability.
