Accounting Modules

Pagnet – Accounts Payable and Taxes. Processes payment requests entered manually or imported via interface. Sends payment files to banks, processes return files, generates accounting events, and calculates taxes.
Pagnet Electronic Approval – Approval workflow based on authorization levels.
AR – Accounts Receivable. Receives receivables from operational systems, registers them with banks, issues payment slips (boletos), processes bank settlements, sends feedback to operational systems, and performs accounting entries.
XB – Bank Reconciliation. Reconciles bank statements against client payment and receipt records. Also generates accounting information for bank transactions, such as fees.
CF – Cash Flow.
CT – Contracts. Stores client contracts and enables validation of Accounts Payable transactions against contractual terms.
CMS – Commissions. Receives commission data from legacy systems, manages broker current accounts (for commissions payable only), sends commissions to Accounts Payable, and allows issuance of Commission Statements.
FI – Financial Investments. Supports the accounting of investments, redemptions, and earnings, and generates FIP reports required by the SUSEP.
