BACEN 4010/4016
Documents 4010 and 4016 are intended for the submission of accounting information related to the Trial Balance and Analytical Balance Sheet, respectively, as defined in COSIF – the Accounting Standard for Institutions Regulated by the Central Bank of Brazil.
Document 4010 has a monthly frequency. Document 4016 has a semiannual frequency, expected for June and December.
BACEN 4060/4066
Documents 4060 and 4066 are intended for the submission of prudential conglomerate information, as defined under CMN Resolution 4,950/2021 and BCB Resolution 168/2021.
They must be submitted by the lead institution of the prudential conglomerate, which can be identified in the “Conglomerates” module of Unicad.
Both documents share the same layout:
- 4060 corresponds to the Monthly Trial Balance, required for all monthly reference dates
- 4066 corresponds to the Semiannual Balance Sheet, required for June and December reference dates
BACEN 4500 – Monthly Banking Statistics (ESTBAN)
Commercial banks, multiple banks with a commercial portfolio, and the Brazilian Federal Savings Bank (Caixa Econômica Federal) must submit the institution’s banking statistics, including each of its branches, to the Central Bank of Brazil.
This report is submitted on a monthly basis.
BACEN 4011
Defines the procedure for daily reporting to the Central Bank, including accounting balances of assets and liabilities and the financial volume of payment transactions carried out on a given day.
All institutions classified in segments S1 to S4, as well as electronic money issuers, must submit this document according to the layout published by the Central Bank.
The main objective of this regulation is to reduce the likelihood of insolvency events in the insurance sector, protecting policyholders, the insurance market, and the financial system as a whole.
BACEN 4076
This file must be generated and submitted semiannually (June and December reference dates) by the lead institution of the prudential conglomerate.
BACEN 9010/9011
These are individual and/or consolidated financial statements under corporate law or CVM regulation, submitted on a semiannual and annual basis.
The files must be submitted in June and December.
